Since the beginning of Iron Swords, the Israeli Defense Partnership Association has met with over 1,300 reservists who came to the villa to implement the method for preventing post-trauma. Many of them told us about the difficulties they face when they return to work.

We conducted a first-of-its-kind field study among the hundreds of Iron Swords reservists who came to the villa, and built a plan and practical tools for organizations on how to facilitate their return to work.

The tools were developed by Dr. Ronny Simmons, a senior clinical psychologist, trauma and post-trauma expert, and developer of the Iron Swords method for preventing post-trauma.

Our employees spent 200-250 days in reserve service. They returned more aggressive, more introverted, some started carrying weapons, some lost weight. This is a period that can take a very long time. We have employees who have not been in reserve service for three months, and they are still not the same people.
